The objective of this research is to analyze how the Twittersphere interacted with Dr. Hugo López-Gatell Ramírez, Undersecretary of Health Prevention and Promotion of Mexico, and what feelings prevailed during the quarantine caused by the covid-19 health crisis from February 28 to June 7, 2020. After recovering 50,076 tweets with @HLGatell’s tag, a sentiment analysis was carried out, which showed that the figure of the Undersecretary deteriorated over the months.
