Intercultural communication in multinational organizations, from a theoretical perspective

The growing demand for business expansion, related to globalization that has occurred today, brings with it new challenges for organizations operating in various countries, attracting the attention of studies and trends on the subject. Intercultural communication as a competence to solve some issues of cultural appropriation, as well as the climate and effectiveness in
work teams, is the main topic of the following article. The main purpose of this paper is to review the analysis of intercultural communication in organizations and its relationship with the appropriation of culture, effectiveness and climate in work teams. This document is a theoretical exploration around recent research that addresses interculturality and its correlation with culture, as well as with the effectiveness and climate in organizations.
For this, 134 investigations were analyzed, of which only sixteen were useful, for presenting a complete methodology and that are directly related to the subject.
